here is an update of this after checking more websites and info.

I changed the names also so it is easier to understand.

Germ1 box is the germanymade box with german-french-english (GerFreEng) writings. German and english on frontside and french on the backside.

Germ2-box is with german-french (GerFre) writings.
German on frontside and french on backside.

The US-box is the Hongkongmade (HK) one with only english writing.

UK-box is the box with the word Smurf in large red letters.

Thanks Simon,

I will add this one. This is the germ2-box. The one with only germanwritings on front.

It seems these boxes were only made for the lower numbers of supersmurfs.

Hi Tine,

We collect them the same way. It is only these versions on your pictures in the file( except my notes) . I know it can be difficult to understand the file. I had this in swedish first and translated it so it could be swedish shortterms in there. :)

Your picture 1. This is the GerFreEng box ( Made in Germany (Germ1)) with german and english on the front and french on the back.
Your picture 2. This is the UK-box made until 1982( I think)
Your picture 3. This is the US-box made in Hongkong(marked HK) with only english writing. I have 4 or 5 different versions of this one but I count it as you do as the same.
Your picture 4. This is GerFre box ( made in Germany (Germ2) with only german writing on front and french on backside.
Your picture 5. This is the same as picture 4 but with extra wrapping. I don´t have any of these yet but I will add them to the right as notes. Do you have many of these?
Your picture 6. This is schlumpfiade box ( Germ1-column).
Your picture 7. This is a UK-box. Is in UK-box column as sportsmurf. Note that the bicyclesmurf ( 40501) I have only seen in the usual UK-box ( your picture 2) and not as a supersportsmurf.
Your picture 8. This is the olymp.smurf-box. This is in column E after the germanversions. This one was not on the list. Thanks. I only had seen bicycle and kayak smurf in this english olympiaversion before.
Your picture 9. This is the olympiaschlumpf (Germ2-column).
Your picture 10. This is the US-box made in Hongkong( HK) for the sportsmurfs. I have marked them as super in US-box column. I could have been more creative there maybe. :o
Your picture 11. Polkadotbox.
Your picture 12. The applause-box. The one you have on your picture Tine I would love to have too. :( That must be the hardest box to find for the supersmurfs, don´t you think?

I hope this helps. If you have any of the boxes that is not in the file I would be happy if you told me. The fields that is empty I haven´t seen yet.

/André

As you can see in the file it seems that the UK-box and the germ2-box ( with only german writing on front, the ones on Tine´s pictures 2 and 4) were only made for the supersmurfs until approx. 1983. The supersmurfs made after that I have never seen in these boxes. And these boxes also don´t have the "ages 3 and up" on them. Maybe they changed the boxes after that year or only used the other versions with the "safety" writing on them.

Have you ever seen a supersmurf made after 1983 in any of the boxes on picture 2 and 4?

Thanks Tine I will add that one.

Here is a picture of the boxes shown as the excelsheet is done.

1.The artist with easel and schlumpfiade ( schtroumpfiade on backside) is in germanmade boxes nr 1 column.
2.The chain gang and the olympiaschlumpf is in the germanmade boxes nr 2 column.
3.Then it is a gap for the Hongkong-made version of the olympiansmurf- box, which I don´t have any.
4.The 2 supersmurf-boxes made in hongkong (leafboard and the parallellbars) is in the US-box column.
5.The polkadot-version.
6. UK-boxes.
7. Applause and other versions I have seen in the other-column.

For example I think the parallell-bars-boxes are complete in this picture, because they were not released in any olympianbox.

And I know there could be versions of each box.

For example the supersmurf-box with english writing.

The 3 to the left are printed in Hongkong but can have both wallace Berrie marking and articlenumbers from both Schleich and wallace B.. The one in the middle is a german-made box with a label that says supersmurf.
The one to the right has no markings regarding articlenumber or countryorgin but I believe this was sold in for example UK.

The versions in the file I call grüne punkt is these ones.

It has a barcode and der grüne punkt-logo under and the schleich information on the side.

I guess these are the newest versions of the boxes sold in Germany. The boxes with only the "Superschlump" writing (not on picture) I guess is the oldest version of the box sold in Germany.

this is different versions of the polkadot box. But I count these as the same eventough I keep them if I get them. :D . But I don´t look for these differences.

It is just different symbols regarding recycling and safety.

The biggest difference has the new Peyocreations box were Schleich have changed the place and size of the articlenumber on the front.

Tine,

the parallell-bar smurf was released the year after the olympics so I don´t think there were any olympic-boxes made for this smurf.

I think there is only six different olympic-smurfboxes . Well, 12 . Six german-versions and 6 hongkong-versions.
